NJ’s Zarrilli Homes Certainly Loves Building on the Water

This Zarrilli Home is a three
story home on top of a two car garage which has a ton of storage space as well.
It sits on a piling foundation with skirt walls on a 50×100 lot on a wide lagoon
directly off the Metedeconk Bay in Brick, NJ.

Features include 8’ ceilings on
ground level, 9’ on main living area that has an open floor plan-see attached
plans for reverence. Coffered ceilings, recessed lights on dimmers throughout,
stainless steel appliances, synthetic decking with vinyl rails and cedar
impression siding with lifetime roof. We are in a high wind and flood zone so
this house is built to withstand extreme weather conditions. As I mentioned at
the seminar Zarrilli Homes did not lose a house in Sandy and the way we are
building now we don’t ever intend to in any further storms as well.

This home
has a full bathroom on the first floor and four more on the second with a second
master bedroom and bath with three more bedrooms and a general bathroom. The
third story is being finished as a bonus room and storage with all floors having
spectacular views. Two zone HVAC with Trane equipment, tile all bathrooms and
laundry room and hardwood throughout the remainder of the home. Upgraded
craftsman trim, ceiling fans in all rooms, kohler fixtures, granite tops, 42”
wall cabinets, and a slew of other amenities.

This was
a spec home that was sold right after the home set and we customized it for the
buyer. We have several more of these types of homes on the calendar in 2018 and
out besides our custom home line. If you need further information about building
or buying a new home, contact Anthony Zarrilli, owner of Zarrilli Homes
