Zarrilli Homes Introduces New Value Series Collection
Asbury Park Press (November 27, 2016) –Zarrilli Homes, New Jersey’s premier custom modular home builder, is pleased to announce the release of its new Value Series home collection. The new line features all-in pricing backed by the Zarrilli name and 10-year warranty.
According to Founder and President Anthony Zarrilli, the introduction of the Value Series stemmed from feedback received by many prospective homebuyers in the area who are looking for a complete home at a specified price. “The Value Series collection addresses this all-in pricing request while allowing customers to purchase a home design that still meets their needs and desires without giving up the quality and guarantee the Zarrilli name is known for,” he said.
The Value Series consists of two models, The Seaside Park and The Cedar Bonnet, both featuring maintenance-free exteriors, open floor plans, 9-foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances and brushed nickel plumbing, electrical and hardware fixtures. The homes are built to national code standards, meeting or exceeding all local and state building, wind and flood requirements.
Priced at $278,850, The Seaside Park is a 1,700-square-foot, two-story home with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Cedar Bonnet can be designed with or without an optional second floor. The one-level design features a 1,000-square-foot home with two bedrooms and one bathroom priced at $206,740. The two-level design increases the home’s size by over 500 square feet and includes a third bedroom and second bathroom for a price of $251,426.
As costs within the building industry continue to rise, Zarrilli stands by its guaranteed modular home price with this new series. Customers who enter into a contractual commitment by April 1, 2017 and take delivery by the end of June 2017 will lock in the price of their new home, thus eliminating a great deal of financial stress from the process.
