When It Comes To Modular Homebuilding, All Roads Lead To Zarrilli Homes

BRICK – Building a home is a major investment, and one that should not be taken lightly when it comes to selecting a homebuilder. In today’s digital world, the first thing that a prospective homebuilding client will typically do is perform a Google search to find a reputable builder. And there is one homebuilder that stands above the rest in the modular homebuilding industry. Zarrilli Homes, a third generation homebuilder in Brick, is widely known as New Jersey’s leader in creating modular home living environments.

Amy and Rich Costello of Lavallette can attest to this. “When I researched Zarrilli Homes, I couldn’t find any complaints or negative reviews… all we found were accolades,” the couple said. “An electrician that we ran into said Zarrilli is the best. Our plumber said the same thing. There’s a reason for this, and it’s all about being honest, reputable and caring about the people you work with. Anthony Zarrilli’s compassion and willingness to go the extra mile has shown through repeatedly, and has helped us through some very difficult times.”

With 50 years of experience and three generations in the building industry, Zarrilli Homes specializes in creating living environments focused on the needs of the homeowner. “Our goal is to provide the highest level of service throughout all phases of construction to ensure that our customers receive the custom modular home of their dreams,” said Anthony Zarrilli, Founder and President of Zarrilli Homes.

Reliable service from Zarrilli’s warranty department, which offers a 10-year warranty on homes in addition to manufacturer warranties (as part of the a 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty®), sealed the deal for one Point Pleasant resident. “Thanks [Zarrilli Homes] for standing behind an excellent product,” said Jim Hofacker. “My home is great, living in my neighborhood is great, and the service that has been delivered to me ‘after the sale’ has been outstanding. Zarrilli Homes deserves its excellent reputation for service and detail.”

Another homeowner describes his recent home set by Zarrilli Homes as “poetry in motion”. “If [you’re] going to build a home, big or small, I would not consider anyone other than Zarrilli Homes,” said Mike Mazzucca. “Save yourself the hassle and wasting of time, go directly to the best. The quality and craftsmanship far exceeds what you will find elsewhere.”

Chad Minnes, owner of Lacey Cleaning and associate of Zarrilli Homes, says, “Zarrilli Homes, in my opinion, is the top modular builder in the state. You’ve seen them featured on This Old House: Jersey Shore Rebuilds, and I am proud to be working alongside of them helping rebuild and return people home to the shore.”

For those interested in a custom modular home, prospects can teardown and rebuild on their own lot or purchase a new lot. Once the site is selected, the home design begins. “For clients who have an idea of what they are looking for, we begin the design process by creating a ‘rough draft’ of their ideas using our custom software to give them a virtual tour of their home before fabrication begins,” Zarrilli said. “Clients are then referred to an architect who will turn those drawings into a finished masterpiece.”

After financing, variances and building permits have been secured by Zarrilli Homes, construction starts. Modular homes are built in large sections in a climate-controlled factory, and then assembled at the construction site. The average-sized home takes about five weeks to be delivered. On site completion of the home often ranges from 60 to 120 days, depending on the size and level of customization.

Among Zarrilli’s many achievements, The Modular Home Builders Association (MHBA) designated a project by Zarrilli Homes as its “June Home of the Month.” Anthony has also been featured in Builder’s Magazine, Building Systems and ModularHomeCoach.com, is the recipient of the prestigious “30 under 40 Award” from the NAHB, and was voted one of the Best of the Best Modular Builders for Ocean and Monmouth Counties by the Asbury Park Press for the past four years.
