Zarrilli Homes, New Jersey’s premier custom modular home builder, is pleased to introduce its newly remodeled design center. Located at 186 Mantoloking Road in Brick, the 600 plus square-foot design center offers customers the opportunity to preview and choose products, such as cabinetry, countertops, flooring and more for their new homes. According to the company’s Founder and President Anthony Zarrilli, the design center was remodeled with customers’ needs in mind.
The design center was previously renovated after being damaged during Superstorm Sandy in 2012 and was in need of some changes to reflect current trends and styles. “New products are being used all the time, and we always want our customers to have the most up-to-date experience when visiting our design center,” said Zarrilli.
Therefore, the design center recently received a full makeover from floor to ceiling that showcases Zarrilli Homes’ current products and materials, which include CertainTeed lifetime roofing and siding, granite countertops, solid wood soft action close drawer cabinetry, hardwood and tile flooring, Azek decking and vinyl rails, Whirlpool stainless steel appliances, tankless water heater systems and smart home automation.
As part of the redesign, the former kitchen display was replaced and no longer features all the same cabinets and countertops, but instead, demonstrates each of the styles and colors customers can choose fromwithin the cabinet line as well as several of the most popular colors of granite countertops. In addition, all of the carpet and flooring was replaced with the five different styles of hardwood offered as well as the current tile selections. Customers can also preview the updated plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems.
Another item that was added to the design center is a full finished shower, complete with shower door, seat and tile from floor to ceiling. The non-functioning shower was installed in place of a former closet after receiving requests from customers to see what a shower will look like in their home. The fireplaces and finishes as well as railing styles were also updated to reflect customer’s current tastes.
Customers are now able to move more easily through the design center as the former partition walls were removed to create one large open space. They can also view new photographs of recently completed homes which hang on the walls throughout the center. In addition, a formal waiting room has been added, which will allow customers to relax and comfortably browse through catalogs and pictures.
Overall, the design center offers convenience to customers throughout the planning process all under one roof. Customers are not only able to see and feel the products that will be used in their home, but will also work with a Zarrilli team member as their house is designed using state-of-the-art design software.
