Zarrilli Offers Custom Modular Homes On The Jersey Shore

BRICK – Zarrilli Homes, LLC, New Jersey’s premier custom modular homebuilder, makes it easy for property owners to prepare for a new custom modular home. With 50 years experience and three generations in the building industry, Zarrilli Homes specializes in creating modular homes focused on the needs of the homeowner.

“We are committed to our customers,” said G. Anthony Zarrilli, Founder and President of Zarrilli Homes, LLC. “Our goal is to ensure that the construction of your new home is as stress-free as possible.”

Zarrilli also specializes in rebuild efforts. The homebuilder recently developed and designed a custom modular home in Manasquan, which was featured on “This Old House: Jersey Shore Rebuilds.”

Modular is here to stay.

Due to the recent popularity of modular homes, Zarrilli Homes has streamlined its process and provides a “one-stop-shop” approach to building a custom modular home at their award-winning Design Center.

Zarrilli also includes numerous standards in their homes that other builders often offer as upgrades, like 42″ wall cabinets, granite countertops, 9′ ceilings, Kohler fixtures, tile baths and hardwood flooring.

“Plus, because we build modular, our homes are manufactured to national code standards, which usually exceed both local and state code standards,” Zarrilli said. “Modular Homes also use more lumber, which make them stronger and able to withstand 120 miles per hour winds.”

Dream it. Build it. Live it.

For those interested in a custom modular home, prospects can teardown and rebuild on their own lot or purchase a new lot. Once the site is selected, the home design begins.

“For clients who have an idea of what they are looking for, we begin the design process by creating a ‘rough draft’ of their ideas using our custom software to give them a virtual tour of their home before fabrication begins,” Zarrilli said. “Clients are then referred to an architect who will turn those drawings into a finished masterpiece.”

After financing, variances and building permits have been secured, construction starts. Modular homes are built in large sections in a climate-controlled factory, and then assembled at the construction site. The average-sized home takes about five weeks to be delivered. On site completion of the home often ranges from 60 to 120 days, depending on the size and level of customization. Zarrilli Homes offers a 10-year warranty on all homes.

Zarrilli has built hundreds of homes over the years, and offers this advice to prospects: “Ask as many questions as possible when it comes to building your new home. You must feel at ease with your purchase and know that our team will be by your side through the entire process and beyond.”

See it to believe it.
